Using the service
UbahFile provides file-processing tools for lawful use. You are responsible for having the rights or permission to process a file. Do not use the service for fraud, forgery, copyright infringement, malware distribution or disruption.
Rights to your files
Rights to original files and outputs remain with their respective owners. Using a tool does not give UbahFile ownership of your documents or photos. Third-party software components retain their own licenses.
Review your output
Results depend on source formats, settings and browser capabilities. Word layouts may change; OCR can be inaccurate; file-size targets do not guarantee an exact number; ID photos must be checked against the receiving authority’s rules. PDF signatures are images and are not certified electronic signatures. Keep original files as backups.
Availability and limits
Size and page limits are shown on each tool. Devices with limited memory may fail on large files. The service may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on UbahFile as your only copy or only way to complete urgent work.

Storage use and contact data are explained in the Privacy Policy. External links are subject to the destination’s terms. For output problems or questions about these terms, contact info@ubahfile.my.id. These terms are not intended to remove rights granted by applicable law.
