Prepare your CV and PDF attachments
Convert simple DOCX documents to PDF and merge attachments only if requested. Word layout may change; compare with the original and keep source files.
Review before sending
Open downloaded results, read text at normal size and zoomed in, check every page and confirm file size. PDF compression can rasterize text and remove interactive elements.
