Check whether the limit applies per file or to all attachments. These tools use 1,024 bytes per KB; the destination portal may calculate differently. Leave a size margin when needed.
Scan and straighten documents
Photograph in good light without shadows. Correct perspective and keep all document corners visible. Preserve numbers, stamps and signatures.
Order pages and reduce only as needed
Merge pages in the required order. Start with a reasonable size target. Heavy compression can blur small text and rasterize pages.
Review results and keep originals
Download and open every page. Check names, numbers, stamps and signatures. If the size target is not met, do not submit an oversized or unreadable file.
